Membership dues are currently set at $20 per year per family unit or $10 per year per individual unit and there is also a monthly campout fee of $3 per person (paid at the campout for those attending) to offset costs of breakfast and other items the Camp Host(s) might have had to purchase. Monthly camp outs are held each month May - October at various campgrounds in the Western NY area, except for July when all chapter members are encouraged to attend the NYS Good Sam Rally which is held during the second weekend of July.
Terms of office for President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer will be for 2 years. Election of officers will be held during the odd numbered years at the last gathering of the season.
